DEAR me, do not feel tired and busy or SCARED!!!!

Tests are coming, i have so much to digest.
Activities so much, i need to participate.
My heart is so lazy, and my body actually feel a bit tired.
Besides, i also have other personal problems... i have a little bit of tummy dy...my fitness,speed, agility and skills all went down...haih...*0*

When see all together at a glance...fuh..i feel very STRESS!!!! TIRED!!!!BUSY!!!! AND... of course SCARED!!!! what do i scared? i really scared i couldn't catch up wit other people else.... arghhhh..

Anyway, that is one of view of seeing into there matters la.....but i choose to list all the things down.. Then i set priority to each things which i need to do...At this time, of course have to do planning la...D most Important THING is do not ever feel panic!!! Need to mindset that every problem have its own solution..even it does not have solution, it will have way for us not to die so teruk...haha... Those who say do not have solution are those make their decision very fast without claming down and think awhile..these people i would like to label as 'easy give up' type..n i will try not to belong in this group...haha

Then, when i finishing each in my list, i should concentrate in what i am doing. I shall not keep thinking the other that i havent do..As this will make me feel tired, stress, and scared... the most important short sentence ~LIVE IN THE MOMENT~..if i can do this, i can feel the happiness and the Ohm of finishing each task in my list...haha

As time keep flowing, i still need to learn to be living in each moment... and do you know why this moment is very special and we should happy with it???????~~becoz it is call 'PRESENT'...we always feel happy when we receive present especially birthday present...so, let us feel happy as we receive this PRESENT MOMENT....

Uncle, me also feel stress, tired, busy and scared.
When I have something cant solve, really feel headache and frustrated.
At this time, we should stay calm, like what u said:" List all the things down, set priority to each things, then concentrate in what we doing."
Both also need gambateh yea!! Trust ourselves and remember everyday 发愿"fa yuan"...keke!!
